Hi everybody! Ive been doing my new FT workout for a week (mass gain) and I have a few general questions... Im hungry ALLLLL the time even though I eat and eat, Ive been incorporating meal replacements but how often should I be taking them (twice a day?). CurrentIy I have the GNC MEGA MRP... is it ok to take the meal replacements everyday for an extended period of time (weeks, months?)... (also what do I do when my 8 week program is over? Thanks for your help!
thejafe: when i was new here what ravenwolf recommended for eating 2.5/h etc is great. Since I have started ot split my eating from 3meals to 6 etc a day, I have felt much better and more energy thru the day.
