when doing incline bar presses, usually on my warmup set or 1st set the most, theres alot of popping in my shoulder. not that its sore or anything, just strange. ive had troubles with rotator cuff before so trained it extensively and the pain went away from that, but recently ive cut out the rotator cuff training.. could this be the problem?
also, when doing squats, around the base of my ankle, on the outside, feels like the bones are pushing out.. i have about a shoulder width stance, feet straight ahead.. any suggestions?
