I'm a 17 year old high school student. and as every one knows at this age every teenager starts to think about what eveyone else think about him or her. Well, my problem is that i'm male but i have breasts. i would really like to lose that fat. i mean i'vee been playing voleyball and it is a lot better, casue' i've lost over 70 pounds. I would really like to know what at home exercise i can do to work on my chest, stomach, legs and arms.

volleyball is good, but won't build muscle.
Try a program on this site - you can specify a home workout that doesn't require equipment.

I think it's not so much what exercise will work on those areas as what exercise will you be able to stick to in order to get your results. It's sounds like you've done a good job of losing alot of it already!!
If you're working out at home you have to look around and see what's available.. treadmill? Bike? Weight rack? You want to find something you can do to get your heart rate up for about 1/2 hour, 3-5 times a week.
Can you work out after school? Use the gym at your high school to do some weight training and build muscle.. it burns fat at a higher rate, so the more muscle you have the faster your fat loss will be.
The other really important thing is your diet. You need to eat healthy, avoid junk food like the plague and keep your calorie intake at the right level.. use the nutrition tools to determine how much you should be eating, than go to something like calorieking.com to learn how much is in the stuff you usually eat.

:big_smile: thanx for the home workout idea princess. i'm going to check on that now. And datdanigirl i have a bike. and that's mostly all i got as for excercise equipment. the problem is that right now i'm in Dominican Republic. and the schools here don't have gyms. so all i do is play volleyball to burn fat and it's been workin' out for me for the past 6 months. i mean i got into this country 5'10'' weighing in like 270 lbs. now i'm 6'0'' and i weigh 200. i mean it's not a lot but for the last 2 months i've seen that you can notice my shoulder bones but i still have all this excess fat on my chest, arms, and abdomen, and legs. i got what some people call love handles on my back. Altough they aren't that big anymore.
