Alright, I'm young,15,and i really need to get in shape.. See, i'm a singer (Gold 'Mine Records) and i'm doing a photo shoot/interview/and a show this summer! My stomach will be showin! I'm not fatt or chubby..It's just my stomach isn't tyte..and it's not flat..
Someone please tell me what i should do,because I'm new to this..and i dont know every excersize there is...

Diet diet diet. Cardio and exercise. You can't spot reduce. When you shed fat it sheds evenly, like a skin on an onion.

Try crunches, and leg lifts that will help the stomach area get tighter also if you are lean enough already

signup for the 12 week ab prgm and get to it! (it's beneath youre regular exercise prgm) it'll tell you evrything you need to do and you'll get the results you seek if you work it! good luck

Start today! Take a long look at your diet and take some of the recommendations for this site. Like carivan said, Diet, Cardio and Exercise. In only 3 weeks, I have noticed a big difference in both my stomach strength and the look of it.
