I'm new to the diet and workout thing so I need some help. My plan is going to be to work out 3 days a week with weights, do an elliptical for cardio 3 days and then one day off... Plus I am going to diet. There seems to be plenty of advice about what to eat... But I don't know when. What is best for breakfast, for snacks, for lunch, dinner, whatever... What do I eat before a workout? After a workout?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I am moderately overweight. So I am try to lose weight and put on muscle. Thanks, I am so glad I found this site - it's awesome!
