what is better no2 or nitroxy3? what results do both of them do? and what does prolonged muscle pumps mean? and what does it mean when it says increase in lean muscle growth? please some answer. from jeeves

The supplement industry wants you to think that Nitric Oxide helps expand your blood vessels, making blood flow with more nutrients to your muscles. This is all theoretical of course, since they have yet to be able to prove any of it, and have not done any scientific studies to back it up at all.

I tried some No2 supplement for 8 weeks to see if I could get any results out of it.... I got great results! What results were they? My wallet thinned out majorly!

I say don't bother with either. But that is just my opinion (and by some other posts I have read, a lot of others opinion as well)

Good post sbroyhill...besides, even if you do acheive a "perpetual pump" there is absolutely no evidence that shows any muscle gain benefit.
