Im 15 years old, and i weigh about 125 lbs, i have been training for a year now and i developed alot of muscle. The problem is i only weigh 125 lbs! Im extremly cut(you can see my abs clearly, my biceps are huge for my age, and my muscles are well defined), But the problem is i cant gain any weight. IM ONLY 125 LBS! Why cant i gain weight!? I weigh 125 lbs and i bench press 165 lbs, THATS 40 POUNDS MORE THAN MY BODY WEIGHT! BUT PEOPLE SAY IM SMALL. ARRRRGH I HATE THAT! Can someone please tell me how to gain weight for an ectomorph? Please....i dont wanna stay 125 lbs, i wanna reach 165 lbs of pure muscle. If i weigh 125 lbs and i bench 165 lbs, just imagine what i could do when i weigh 165lbs. i dont wanna stay small, can someone please tell what i should do to gain weight?(and no im not looking to eat junk food, i wanna gain more weight in muscle than in fat):(

you are going to have to take in more calories then you are used to to gain weight. fill out your profile on this site for a good guideline.. also, be careful not to expend too much energy doin g other activities (ie cardio). do these sparingly, or not at all, as they will sap alot of your energy for lifting and rebuilding
use lots of power moves to build the most mass, and keep your reps around 6-8

You need to increase your daily caloric intake....I would say 500 calories on top since you seem to burn off calories so easily...
Split your calories into 7-8 meals/snacks...try 3-4 meals and 4-5 snacks....
Aim to get AT LEAST bodyweight in protein in grams...and since you're trying to add muscle...I would suggest you take in 150g of protein
Eat plenty of carbs(yams, brown rice, sweet potatoes, , oats, kashi)
Drink gallon of water a day.....
If you are more active than usual on any given day...remember to eat more as well to compensate for the calorie loss....

I have another question is whey protien good for gaining weight?

whey protein isnt necessarily going to gain you weight. its going to be involved in repairing damaged muscle tissue from working out, and will help you gain muscle mass, so yes INDIRECTLY you can gain weight. you only really need it right after a workout, as it is fast acting, and will be most useful then.

Jimmy whey protein is going to help if you take it directly after workout (within 10-15 minutes )...with simple carbs(dextrose/malto dextrin)...try to take 2g of simple carbs for every gram of protein...so aim for a drinkt has something like 60g simple carbs and 30g whey protein....also the shake can only help you if you're taking in more than maintenance calories(more calories thna u burn, to build muscle).....
your diet looks pretty good....
try to eat yogurt, cottage chesse, or a cassein protein shake before sleep to feed your body with slow digesting protein while it sleeps so it doesn't have to break down its own muscle for that....

I suggest you stick with whole foods....and protein shakes.....if you got a Costco/Price Club near by check out 'Pro-rated' whey protein...very cheap and tastes great...19.87$ last time i got it...for 90 servings of 20g protein...
