Wasn't sure what area I should post this in but I think something is wrong with my exercise program. On saturday it lists for me to do Lying Tricep Extensions but the same exercise is listed twice. Both have the same description and same amount of reps and sets... whats wrong?
That was a problem that we had earlier on, and your workout was created before we fixed the problem. You can switch the second Lying Tricep Extensions for either cable pushdowns, overhead dumbell press, overhead barbell extensions, or cross-bench dips (behind the back dips).
