My chest workout page already has the numbers filled in for the weights and reps. It wouldn't be a problem, but I don't think I can do 4 reps of 315 lbs on the barbell incline bench press yet.

Delete those figures...must be a glitch. Work at what ever you are comfortable with.

We only suggest the number of repetitions that you should do, not the weights. If your weights were already there, it must have been a 'glitch' and we will look into it immediately.
