Okay, so yesterday I'm driving back from the gym. My arm itched and I went to scratch it. There was a tricep muscle I hadn't seen before. I was so happy. When I got home I had to just look at it a bit. To my amazement, there was one on the other arm as well. Perhaps all this working out is starting to pay off. Just wanted to share. This felt pretty darn good.
