Set him up on FT.... There are numerous programs on here to help gain muscle... also, diet is key too... make sure he eats correctly and exercises and he should get there...

Your son needs to be doing some sort of strength training atleast 3x a week (nothing to heavy) & be aiming to eat every 3 hours with protein in every meal!
