i know after you start a new workout your muscles feel sore for a day or two. but what is the best solution to help sooth and relive muscle soreness after workout and stretch?
I take tylenol then do a light workout...moving the muscles helps relieve the stiffness,there is a scientific reason why...something about amino acids maybe...I just know it works...and tylenol or motrin always do the trick.
Actually active recovery is a great thing. Nutrient rich blood flow to the area in a light pumping workout does wonders for sore muscles(sore from a workout, not hurt sore).
