Is being sore a rule of thumb of my body still repairing and I should wokrout this part of my body. I started my current workout schedule two weeks ago, and when I first started my tris and chest would be sore for three days. Then I started eating 800 calorie (nearly 100 g of protein, and 50 g of carbs) meals with after my workouts, increased my daily protein intake to 300 g a day, taking creatine and glutamine, and now these same workouts don't make me sore. If I wanted too (though I wouldn't because I have other days of lifts) could I just workout my chest again the next day.
