being sore a good thing? or a bad? everytime i workout i get sore yesterday i did the sissy squats today im unable to walk or sit..

Man, I sure hope being sore is a good thing. Past couple of days I feel like a freight train hit me. It's very important, though, to recognize the difference between sore muscles (from a good workout) and pain (from an injury or from improper form).

Do a lot of reading around here -- there's lots of great material and plenty of folks who'll help. Also, fill out your profile to let everyone know what your goals are and what your experience is.
