sore ankle/knee

im not sure if this is the rite place, but when i run or even light jogging i get a intense sore ankle and knee nothing ever happened to my ankle...but i crushed my knee a couple years back in an accident...any suggestions as in creams to apply or wrapping knee/ankle while running....please helps thanks in advance

Have you looked into glucosamine/chondroitin? The studies are pretty positive that they can improve joint pain.

But definitely talk to your doctor about it. I let my ankle go too long and had to have it scoped out last week, and it is not fun.
