I just started a different workout and my arms are killing me, after to days of rest, should I work out tommorrow or rest? Thanks

Hopefully you are not planning on working your arms again so soon, I would not hesitate working out.

If you must do your upper body, focus on areas that use your arms as secondary muscles and not primary.

i'm with fsdsk, because if you ache too much, then you won't be able to perform at top form. you'll just be wasting energy. Recover.

Active recovery can be very beneficial. Unless your arms are really in pain. If it is only DOMS, feel free to work them again, albeit a bit lighter. This will get nutrient rich blood flowing to them and help heal them.

i agree with bb1fit. just get them stimulated with fresh blood but not beat on them.
