I've been lifting for a good 2 years now and I've noticed that when I first started lifting I would be sore after my workouts but now after I do a good workout I am just weak. I know it is just fatigue but I'm just curious as to the differences

Your fatigued because your body no longer has the ability to recover from your lifting sessions as fast as it used to because your body is overall fatigued. Try taking a week or even two week brake. Also, one of the main causes of DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) is lack of protein. Get enough protein, drink lots of water, and rest (not just taking time off, but make sure your getting enough time to sleep)

\"I get up in the morning around six to run for about an hour. Later in the day, I lift with a partner. Following my lifting sessions, I usually do speed and agility drills. Later, I drill all my holds and moves.\"

\'Isnt that lifestyle boring?\'
