Hi guys, I've been training seriously hard for 18 months now, and am starting to build the kind of muscle I want, but as my poundage increases, I find that although I feel strong enough to shift heavier weights, my wrists let me down as its the one place I really feel the pain, especially on bench presses. Any tips to strengthen/protect the wrists?
