I was just wondering if my muscles aren't sore the days after I work out, are they still growing?

Soreness isn't necessarily a sign of a good workout. Do a fitbuddy search for DOMS or Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness.

Look at it this way. If you are gaining weight and making gains on your lifts in the gym...they are growing.

depends on your body remember everyone grows differently I would try for anything more 5 or 10 lbs is great but shouldnt be trying to raise up weight on maxes but more then likely your workout weight will certainly increase but dont look for great gains

I try for one more rep or one more pound on each exercise every week. If not, it's time to change exercises.
