Hey, whats up everybody. Yesterday I was working out my legs. I was doing different kinds of exercises, which included squats and calf raises. Alot of my workouts include the p90x exercises. Anyway, today unlike my right calf, my left calf was very sore. It doesnt hurt when i move it; however, I limp when I walk. I dont what happened. Its not like I did this workout all of a sudden. I do this workout every week. Thanks for taking your time to read this. I will appreciate any feedback.
