Be sure to go slow and super controlled and squeeze at the contraction on each and every rep. This should do it. If not, switch excercises and maybe that will help. L8er.

I have the same problem, just concentrate on the FORM , nice heavy weight and make sure you get a hell of a pump.
I find that the bis take a while to really fail on you so give it all you got and know your the winner :) Try to add a extra rep somewhere at each workout.
I never got em sore and ppl keep telling me they R getter bigger , i even notice so , keep pumping !!!

what you can do is add some more weight and perform the exercises slowly enough to feel the tension through out

Dan I usually feel the soreness in the tris more. I rarely notice any soreness in my bis. I don't pump them really hard, but I've had a coworker mention that she's seen my arms getting bigger. I'm starting to notice my shoulders more too.

Try higher reps , maintaining strict form and go to failure on every set.

Hi tre12 , I understand you don't have to have sorness to grow, as long as you keep your muscles guessing by changing things you'll grow, sorness is just your bodies way of tellling you you've over worked your muscle, but it's a good indicator you got to your muscle.

I agree with keith. You have to vary it up. Incorporate things like tri-sets without rest, supersets and stripsets, all combined with a slow tempo, and I guarantee you will get sore. Try Ian King's Great Guns In 12 Weeks program over at Testosterone and I bet you'll get your biceps very sore the next day
