is it just me or is there no option in ft nutrition section, "Add a food", for a standard slice of white bread?

*Bread, white, commercially prepared (includes soft bread crumbs) - this is measured in cups/cubes...
* Bread, white, commercially prepared, low sodium no salt - this is measured in slices but how about the regular sodium/salt-containing bread?

thanks

Another reason to join FT professional....to my understanding, this is going to be a feature added, among all the other already great added features.

No question is a stupid question. :)

Professional does give you the ability to add your own foods. I've been going nuts with putting them in myself. LOL!

There's no option for a regular banana either. It's measured in cups (mashed or sliced). I guess a good idea for me would be to upgrade to ft professional...

i use a program called Crosstrainer 5 of which I am a big fan
http://www.crosstrainer.ca/
I use it to track my diet and my workouts, and it contains a database like the ft one, but its customisable.
just FYI
