Although this is my first post, I have been around FT for a month or so. Right now I'm trying to build more muscle mass as I'm trying to get ready for the next Highland games (the ones you see a bunch of people wearing kilts) season, does anyone has any hint on how to accomplish explosiveness as I workout, this is especially useful for the caber tossing event.
