Whats Up everyone? Ive been using the site for a month now and Im having some good results. I am in the military and hurt my back 2 years ago and just getting back into lifting(it took 2 years for them to figure it was a permenant injury and would not get worse from lifting!). During my injury I lost 20lbs and a lot of lean muscle mass from not being able to work out. As Im sure you know we dont get paid alot so having a site like this where we can get advice and a plan is great! Thanks for the site FTC!

Stinks that you have a back injury, but it is always good to get back into lifting.
What branch are you in? I am in the AFROTC, I commission in May '07 if everything goes as planned.

I am currently in the Cal Army National Guard working active duty for an anti-terrorism team. Ive been doing it for 6 years now. I was on the entry team up till a year ago and now I do the analysis portion of the game. Its a fun job and the rewards of being able to help are tremendous. Thanks mannyMaster, its always nice to hear that people still think about us. We do it not only for our friends and family but also those people I have never met that are just trying to live their life in peace.

Hey VTCwby07 what are you going to do for a specialty? I work with alot of AF guys and as you know the jokes go around, but its all in good fun. Good luck in your commision. I am E7 right now and looking for mt 8 next year. If you have any questions about the military my ears are open.

Thats awesome... Right now I am looking at Special Forces, but still looking at my options while I have them. My father actually retired as an E8 in the AF a few years back. I come from a long military line, all Army and AF guys. I will be the first one to ever become an Officer.
