I am currently 166 lbs, I am in fairly good shape been training for almost 8 months now, only 2 weeks with FT, I was wondering the diet figures FT gave me to lose 10-15 lbs and really tone me up are as follows, 166g P, 415g C, 32g F, total calories 2580. Do these sound accurate, I really need to change my eating habits, because although I train very hard in the gym, the real results come from diet maintainence and giving your body the proper regiment of food. Any advice or help is greatly appreciated? Have a good one!

Oh goodness no. In my opinion, those aren't even close to accurate. You could (and probably should) go a little higher on protein, way lower on carbs and way higher on fat.
For weight loss, you'll want to be looking more at 2100-2200 total calories, maybe little more, depending on activity level. Four hundred grams of carbs isn't going to strip much fat off anyone. I'm 175 and never go over 300g, even when I'm adding weight to my frame. You're also going to need to up that intake of good fats to at least 50-60g. Make sure you get good fats and restrict saturated and trans fats as much as possible.
Seriously, someone needs to fix that nutrition calculator, people have to double check that thing WAY too much.
