Instead of giving me brands of things...you can instead ask a question about a specific supplement....creatine is creatine....doesn't matter which brand makes....except ofcourse for the veracity of their claims....and the actual contents of their product....

we all live in the internet world so you can have supplements shipped to you from just about anywhere....so it doesn't really matter that you live in South Africa.....or at least as much as you think it does...

Okay thats kinda good to know, but what I also really want to know is how reliable animal M-Stak is, it has been discussed before and I have tried to search for it but I kcan't find anyone who can really give me first hand knowledge maybe you or someone can help me.

Oh and any tips on gaining some bodyfat and I do eat a lot currently my bodyfat is something like 2-3% And I find it almost impossible to build muscle this way.

2-3%, I find that to be dangerously low..... are you sure you had it accurately checked? Even body builders rarely have it that low....

I'm quite sure twice by a bioken but you have to remember that
that I spend about 4-5 hours of active sport a day, that includes a 1-2 Hour gym session and 2-3 hours Rugby practice
