I'm trying to change my diet, I am 6'2" I once weighed 200lbs, I now weigh 350lbs. I tried Oatmeal, plain and not instant the other day but I pretty much had to gag it down. ThenI tried vanilla Soy milk for the first time on the weekend. I can't say I enjoyed it at all. However this morning, wanting to stick to a healthier diet I had oatmeal again and I poured some of the Soy milk on it and to my surprise it was actually pretty good. What are the benefits of drinking Soy milk ???

read the post on mixing protein into your oatmeal, i will bump it to the top, it has some good ways to flavor your oatmeal.

another way to get the oatmeal to tasting pretty good is some brown sugar replacement. It is made by Sugar Twin, it's maltodextrin, I believe. 0 calories. It makes it taste pretty good. Not as good as brown sugar, but you can't beat the nutritional trade off.
