I try to keep away from soya products especially as a man because of them disrupting the hormonal balance but i realized today that the bread i eat has Soya flour as one of the ingredients, and in fact most of the wholewheat/multigrain breads at the shop where i buy it from has it. It's listed near the end of the ingredients list so i'm assuming there's not much soya flour in it, so i was wondering is this ok? Is soya flour in tiny amounts in my bread gonna do much harm or should i avoid all soya and buy my bread somewhere else?
