Hey everyone I'm looking for a specific diet plan to lose weight and get lean. I'm 19, 5'3" and 136 lbs.. I'm allergic to eggs (fried or lightly baked) and any kind of peanut or related product. I also can't seem to find some of the foods that I'm looking for or specific caloric values when I do the food search. How can I enter all the information mannually into my daily meal plan so that it's accurate?

I believe the only way to enter it manually is as an FT PRO Membership.

There are other sites out there with other information for tracking the diet and counting calories. www.fitday.com is good, www.calorieking.com is good for fast food and restaurants and much of what is found in the stores as well.

Otherwise I don't care much for any peanuts or related products. I love eggs though, and usually have them 5-8 times a week. However the way I get my protein the rest of the time is from Protein shakes and lean meats (turkey, chicken, etc...).

Also check out the grocery list here :http://freetrainers.com/FT/jsp/pro/Message.jsp?f_ix=3&t_ix=2564

Great ideas for good and healthy foods. Hope this helps.

Look at the thread at the top of this forum and you'll find a whole list of alternative foods.

sstump1 thanks so much! I just started looking for this kinda thing online. The combo of ft.com and fitday.com are great for me!
