As a part of my "pre-pre competition program" I'm trying to up my cardio a little and decided to give spinning a go. It's so intense that it's crazy because I'm too competitive to let the person beside me outpedal me. The only problem is that my butt is bruised because there's not enough cushion left on my glutes! I didn't think I'd like it, but I do, and I know it's going to help my on my slow summer lean out.

LOL My sister used to go to spinning and I remember her complaing about her sore butt.
I've been wanting to give it a try; maybe I should bring a cushion! One of those little donut pillows maybe? ROFL

effalunt, I tried spinning one time and never went back, It was the hardest thing I have ever done as cardio goes. I would shake your hand if I could. They sell bike seat covers that have extra cushion in them, you might want to invest in one.

I'm finally able to sit down again without making faces, time to get back on the bike! I don't actually enjoy the class that much, maybe a 6 on a ten point scale--it's the endorphins that kick in that I'm hooked on.
