You will probably be pretty tired. Shoulders are used so much in chest workouts. I would say chest and then a day and then shoulders and tris. That's how it is in my 12 week program and that is probably why.
You use a lot of the same supporting muscles for both chest and shoulders that it probaly won't make much difference. My answer would be no. Research now shows that you make the same gains whether you lift a muscle group one day per week or 2-3 days per week. Check with some of the old lifters who used to lift 2 times/day and 6 days/week. Weightlifting has made some drastic changes in workout routines.
