Simple q for the experienced ones: does it matter how i make my splits? I mean if i workout back-shoulders-biceps (leaving for the next training: chest-triceps) or back-triceps (leaving for the next wo: chest-shoulder-triceps), whats the difference? The chest, shoulders and triceps work pretty much together since they are secondary in most exercices, so: woulnt it be better to train chest-biceps to max it out? or chest-triceps to pump the triceps more intensevly?
If someone knows about this, i would really aprecciate it. Thanks

It's up to you....it's a matter of what works for you...
you can do a body part split, push/pull split, or upper body/lower body, it's up to you....
I would work legs and back separately on their own days...just because if you do them heavy enough ....you won't have energy for anything else...although you can try doing biceps on your back day...
You can do triceps with biceps on arm day...or you can do them on your chest/shoulder day....
like i said it depends on what has been working for you...

yeah exactly as menace said, its all personal preference. ive tried opposer combiations (ie chest biceps) and similar muscle group combos (ie chest tris), and had success with both. im currently trying out another opposer one, and its doing well for me so far. just be sure to have a good separation between your chest bi and back tri workouts, for example, with this split so you have ample time for your secondaries to recover
