I am realtivly new to body building, working out, or trying to have muscles (im skinny). I searched and couldnt find anything on this topic, but i apologize if this has been covered. I have supplements that i take with water before and after i work out. I'm trying and suceeding and not drinking any soda and much more water. But i also like Sport Drinks, especially powerade. My question is a two part.
1) I live in the desert and work outside part of the day. It gets DAMN hot here and between the heat and work outs i sweat. I am also drinking lots of water. Thats being said, is there anythig wrong with drinking sport drinks?
2) Can i mix supplements into sport drinks. The directions say Mix with water or the beverage of your choice (which imediately made me think booze, but i digress)

Like i said im new, so incase it makes a difference the supplements are BSN - n.o. xplode and cell mass

Thanks for your patience with a noob

if you are new to bodybuiling(weightlifting in general) you shoulnt take supplements to start...your body will natural grow emensely from the new activity....also I do the same thing in reguards to water and sport drinks however you will find alot of sport drink have more or just as much sugar in them as sodas...I have these mixes i bought at wal mart that i use its a gatorade wal mart brand called replenish that is a"sport drink" but it is sugar free
