I'm 16 and involved in varsity football, basketball, and baseball. I want to be the best athlete on the field and i wanted to know during practices, what kind of supplement would be beneficial for me during water breaks to use so I can get the specific muscles i need to use bigger and stronger?
Taking in glycogen with some bcaa's and whey protein has been shown to increase performance. If glycogen stores are low, performance suffers. In fact, if you can sip it throughout, you will have more stamina and less muscle breakdown.
