I'm on a 1,000 calorie diet (includign 110 g of protein). How should I spread out these calories, includign carbs and protein throughout the day?
My breakfast is at 8:30am, I work 9-3 then workout 5-6. Is it OK to eat carbs as late as 7pm for dinner?

I'm no pro, but that doesn't seem like enough calories for anybody. Do you workout? Fill out your profile and I'm sure somebody will jump in and help you.

I have a very slow motabolism (due to yo-yo dieting). I used the formular 10x my weight to get the caloric intake. I'm 110lbs, 5'0. Trying to loose 2 sizes and get back to the size I was 2 years ago (100 lbs.. size 0).
Also, hwo do I fill out my profile?

1000 calories? that seems a bit low i would think somewhere between 400-600 calories more, but not sure! I know 1000 is very low though...

I have a slow metabolism too because I had an eating disorder for over 7 years, but I still eat more than 1000 calories a day. Your body needs more than that just to survive, not to mention your normal daily activities AND working out for an hour! Figure our what your minimal daily caloric needs are just to live (anyone know the formula?), then add a couple hundred more because you work out. You will still lose weight because if you build more muscle, your caloric needs will increase. I know I'm new here and I'm not a pro, but trust me when I say that your metabolism won't ever increase if you stick to only 1000 calories a day.

I agree with everyone here, 1000 kcal is NOT enough at all. By not eating enough, you will only slow your metabolism even more. I would shoot for a MINIMUM of 1450 kcal.

I agree bump up your calories by a few hundred. But, when you do that break up the meals so you have 5-7 a day. By eating a smaller protion size more often will speed up you metabolism. You asked about eating after 7:00pm. It's ok to eat after 7:00pm just don't go sleep for 2 to 3 hours after eating.
