Hi,
I am on the mass muscle and weight gain programme, I am to start it on monday,I have also started to play squash so does this mean I need to eat loads more in order to put on the weight and muscle, as the squash will burn the calories away.
Shall I stop squash and other cardio exercise.
Thanks for nay advise.

*bump* I just read on the guidlines that you should have a profile as people may not respond without a profile, i thought i had a profile my exercise regime but now i filled the showcase profile so hopefully the replies should come flooding in...

Any program should include cardio, strength training and proper diet. So I would say play away. Keep an eye on how you feel after a few days and adjust appropriately.
