Hi is there any big powerlifter who have had something similar to this in powerlifting and actualy was pretty high on the top, since i was thinking who do all kinda movements when u can be strong as hell in these 3 workouts, har to explain what i really ment tho heh.
Monday: deadlift, Squat benchpress
wedensday: deadlift, Squat benchpress
Friday: deadlift, Squat benchpress

I don't want to be shrewd, but man think before you post. I told you after your first post to read the stickies at the top. Gatormade and others have typed for hours on end for all of us to soak it in. There is more than you need to know in those stickies.
On the other hand, I can't let you off without any help cuz I'll feel like a dick. Doing DL, Squat, and Bench 3 times a week would absolutely fry your body and you could not handle it. In an answer Menace posted to you earlier, he said that you need to supplement these exercises and that you need to do variations of them, and he was exactly right. We are trying to help you out, but you're not taking it in. Look at the Westside stickies! Gatormade did an awesome job on them, and they're easy to read, so start readin.
