I am new here and just started my toning program today.
I am very overweight, so I can not do squats. not even sissy squats. Until my leg strengh comes what can I do in place of these? Light leg presses? Please help.
did u try dumbell squats. It is easier than barbell overhead squats. Try doing light at first to get ur balance right and then increase the weights. When u feel comfortable move on to smith machine squats (if u have any) and then to the proper free hand one.
