I have a tendency to try to do too many exercises per body part, and I was wondering if a good, heavy squat session would be sufficient for leg development. As far as I know, squats work pretty much all of the muscles in your legs, right?
Also, is there anything I can do to avoid hemeroids (not sure if I spelled that correctly)? May sound like a strange question, but I read about people developing this problem when doing heavy squats. In fact, I just recently talked to a distant friend who had, well... a blow out, for lack of a better term.
Does this just happen sometimes, or will proper form make it less likely?

yes squats should be enough for leg development...assuming u do deadlifts also at least once every 2-3 weeks...
although u can throw in some other things occassionally or as needed to overcome weaknesses and plateaus...
I lift heavy no matter which exercises I do...including deadlifts and squats.... and hemorrhoids has not been a problem for me.....
