lol srry about all my questions im just eager to know as much as i can. if someone can ,can u look at my daily rutine to see if this is ok. (im 14) (im trying to get more buff than ripped but not to buff) ok first i go on the tredmill for about a half hour to 40 min they i go to the bench press i do 65lbs 3 sets of 40 then i do flies 35-40lbs 3 sets of 35 then i start my arms for biceps i do 40lbs 3 sets of 15-20 then i do tricep 40lbs 3 sets of 15-20 then my fore-arms which is about 40lbs 3 sets of 20. then i try to do a few sets of crunches i try to do all of this atleast every 4 to 5 times a week. (i eat right to) any help would be apreciated
