Supplements can be a great aid with your health and fitness goals. Combined with the proper exercise and nutritional plan they can be quite effective.

I've read through numerous archives concerning creatine; how much, when, loading, etc etc. And have realised that over time many views have shifted and then back again. So here i am with yet another creatine question.

Here is the scenario: With ALOT of hard work over the last two weeks i have trimmed most of the excess off my midsection (thanks guys for the help esp. BB1, Carivan and Menace) and am ready to bulk up for my nxt shoot. And using menace's caffine+aspirin mix, and obviously a good diet, i had more energy in the gym to perform.

So here's the dilemma, I am considering using the following creatine product that has been lying around for a while now, yet, creatine is not (as) effective with caffine in the system. So i am in two minds as:

1. I'm not sure the creatine product i have is that effective (after reading thru the archives).

2. Unsure of how much to take, when, and loading?

I am one of those people that will not do something unless they fully understand it, in and out. So if i am to take it, i first need to know whether this product is worth it, how much to take (as the product recommends once in the morning and once in the evening!?), when, and loading? Appreciated.

The product is Phosphagen Elite:

Per 47g**:
Protein: 0g
140 kcal
Carb: 34g of which sugars: 33
Fat: 0g

Phosphorus: 200mg
Magnesium: 60mg
Potassium: 80mg
Sodium: 0.1mg

** Creatine Mono: 5.3g
Taurine 1g
Beta-Alanin: 1.6g

P.s. When previously using this product i was left feeling rather bloated.

Apologies for the long post. Any input would be appreciated.

i did think that, but does that mean its possibly worth dropping the product? i dont mind putting on a little fat whilst bulking up, but i will NOT do so from a product.

Give Cell Mass by BSN a go. It works.....no sugars, and a matrix. Or Serious Nutrition Solutions CVM Xtreme. both will yield excellent results.
