I"m taking EAS's Synthevol2 right now, it's a creatine / Glutamine and other supplement mix. It's expensive though..
What I've been reading and finding is that there are comperable Creatine products out there and I'm going to switch to one and get a seperate Glutamine supplement. I've read several places that they stack well together.
With Synthevol you take it 15-30 minutes before a high protein meal.
When taking the Creatine / Glutamine stack, would there be any advantage to taking it still like this. I've read that Glutamine is best taken on a empty stomach.
ALSO: any specific recommendations on brands or formulas would of course be appreciated.
