Has anyone used this machine in their gym? I just recently started using one and love it. Supposedly it gives you an anaerobic plus aerobic workout in one, switching from heavier/slower intervals to lighter/faster intervals. It's also much easier on my messed-up knee than the traditional upright Stairmaster. I was just curious if anyone else had any experience with this type of machine and what they think of it for long-term conditioning benefits.
