Animal Stak is still available to the general public, only Universal Nutrition has removed the Ephedra (the only difference).
Stak is a pro-hormone product, which supposedly augments your own testosterone levels. ZMA is a zinc based product that supposedly helps raise your body's own testosterone levels. L-arinine is an amino acid which, based on which form (KIC, for example), supposedly aids in recuperation, as well as anti-catabolism.
You will notice that I said "supposedly" which each product, meaning that some of these products can help some of the people some of the time..... but they will not do jack for you if your diet, training, and resting regimen aren't in line first.
Just my two cents.......

Prohormones are tricky anyhow... the side effects aren't worth the risk, if you ask me. I'd like to know how many people have tried them, and if anyone has had side effects. =/

inv3rt, I've tried just about every prohormone on the market. While some of them seemed to work others, did not. Some of the side effects that I've encountered are: 1) Acne not too bad, but break outs occasionally 2) Nausea 3) increased aggression. Other than that nothing I can think of. I will tell you that on some of the products I did notice my poundages go up, however, my strength seemed to diminish shortly after completing a cycle. Thinking about laying off the prohormones for a while a try the natural thing. Definatly alot cheaper.
