Hello there. I am 47 yoa, female, and am ready to start doing something with me weight. I have high blood pressure and ache everywhere, assuming due to my weight. My doctors all beg me to loose weight, I think I am ready. I want to go in small amounts, I don't want to look at the BIG picture, I want to look at the small stuff first. I want to start with 64 lbs. I want to make it interesting for ME! I want to see what I've lost, not what I HAVE to loose. I think that will get me more motivated. I lost weight before, I know I can do it, I just need to put my head and heart together and start. Thanks for listening.
