I started my program today and they had me doing legs today (its my most neglected body part) I have been doing a ton of cardio and play baseball but I dont lift weights very often and now that I am on this program I have to train them every week. I needed a kick in the but and I sure got it today. I walked out of the gym all sore. I came home and walked up my stairs to my shower and had a hard time getting up there. I am in an intermediate program and chose the toning and fat loss program. I nkow I am going to feel my legs in the morning OUCH!!!
