I have a quick question, I havent worked out in about 4 months, I had a shoulder injury then I just got lazy after that. But I am starting again. I am looking to bulk up, but I want to loose a little bit of fat I have right now so I was wondering if it would be a good idea if I use the treadmill while I am in the bulking stage? I was told I shouldn't but I want more than 1 opinion. Thanks David
i'm no professional but i was told if you're gonna try and bulk up don't do too much cardio. in my opinion if your only cardio is gonna be the treadmill do it 3*week for 30-40 min. This will help burn fat and it won't offset muscle gain. as always u gotta watch what you eat.
