Hello, I'm 16 and weigh 177 lbs but I'm trying 2 get 2 150! I've been doing sit ups and I'm kind of starting 2 see a six pack! Can anybody tell how 2 loose weight and get a visible six pack?please :)

Well, aside from burning belly burning belly fat you could also do exercise's that target your obliques... Cardio, weight training and a decent diet will blast away belly fat and get you the six pack you want!
