I have a question. I am in the middle of a excersise week of my program .. its the 4th week of the excersoise program. After this time I am not happy with it .. I mean its a great program, but I don't think it fits my goals. I want to change my excersise program to match my goals but don't want to have to drop the rest of this weeks workout. If I change the information now will it null and void my current weeks plan or will this week be untouched and next week be changed?
