I just finished the 8-week weight loss and definition plan. I mean it did work (stomach is firmer, love handles are smaller, body fat dropped about 1%) but I was hoping it would do more. A big factor could be my diet, cause i just recently started really cracking down.
So basically I want another one of FT's programs that will really help me lost fat in the stomach, love handles, and mainly thighs and butt (i want to look good in shorts in school)
Should i move up a level to "advanced"? help me out fellow high schoolers!!
